Service and Guarantee

  • Satisfaction Guarantee - Benchmark consistently provides a quality of service that exceeds industry standards.  Your project is carefully prepared to your specifications, comprehensively proofread, and then reviewed with you to ensure the project results meet your expectations.  Our work is guaranteed.  If an error is found, we will correct it immediately at no charge. 
  • Accuracy - We will make every effort to detect and correct all errors prior to delivering your project to you.  Benchmark’s responsibility is limited to correcting errors it makes on your project.  These corrections will be made free of charge.  However, you are responsible for final proofreading of your project. 
  • Strict Code of Confidentiality - Your organization's information is always safe and secure with Benchmark.  We maintain strict confidentiality standards at all times. No information will be revealed to outside sources without your written authorization.  Your projects are prepared and maintained confidentially at our office and backed up off-site. 
  • Turnaround - Project turnaround and deadline are determined and agreed upon with you prior to project initiation.  Time spent meeting with you to discuss and review your project will be considered billable time.
  • Rates - Rush rates are available.  Projects requiring same day delivery or less than a 24-hour turnaround will be billed at the Rush Rate (40% increase over regular rate).  A minimum charge of $25.00 applies to all projects.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payment Terms - Payment for all projects is determined and agreed upon with you at the time of project initiation.  A 50% deposit may be required at the start of your project.  Payment in full is due at project completion and delivery unless services are being provided under a contract arrangement.   Payment terms are available upon completion of credit references and credit approval.
  • Project Storage – Projects files and project specifications are stored at the Benchmark office location for an indefinite period of time.  All electronic files are backed up on a weekly basis and stored securely off-site.  Storage fees may apply.
  • Project Delivery – Project delivery methods are determined with you at the onset of your project.  Benchmark is sensitive to disseminating confidential project information to you by email or fax and will take every precaution to deliver your information electronically through secure delivery methods.
